All pistol suppressors require a threaded pistol barrel. SilencerCo noticed a market need for high-quality pistol barrels and stepped in to offer them. Holding to the same commitment to quality as all of our products, these threaded barrels are tough enough to hold up under the harshest conditions. Made from 416R stainless steel and finished with black nitride (some models remain stainless), they provide exceptional durability and reliability.

For use with a pistol silencer, you will also need a piston (sold separately). SilencerCo threaded barrels come with a Thread Protector to keep the threads clean when not in use. The Glock 23 barrel is compatible with the following specifications:
– Caliber: 40S&W
– Thread Pitch: 9/16″–24
– Length: 4.5 inches
