The YHM Victra-12 shotgun suppressor is a cutting-edge product that showcases Yankee Hill Machine Co’s expertise in firearm suppression technology. Its modular design allows users to customize sound suppression and balance by removing sections, making it highly adaptable for various shooting needs. In its full 12-inch configuration, the Victra-12 reduces most commercial shotgun loads to 135 dB at the shooter’s ear and also decreases felt recoil, allowing shooters to focus on their targets more effectively. The suppressor attaches to the host firearm via factory choke threads using YHM mounts, which do not affect shot choking, ensuring optimal performance with a variety of chokes available. Each Victra-12 comes equipped with two 12-inch assembly rods, an Improved Cylinder choke, and a multi-use wrench for easy disassembly and reconfiguration. Additional rod kits are available to shorten the suppressor down to 6 inches, offering flexibility in weight and length configurations. The Victra-12 is designed for use with wadded or slug 12-gauge ammunition, and it is recommended that users employ shotshells with a cup-style wad. Only factory-loaded ammunition should be used when shooting with the suppressor, and high-density shots such as Hevi-Shot Federal TSS or similar tungsten or bismuth loads are not to be used with full choke. The Victra-12 is made in the U.S.A., constructed from 7075-T6 Aluminum and 17-4 PH S.S., and features a hard anodized and Melonite finish for durability.
